Refund Policy

1. Before Work Begins

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). No questions asked.

2. After Design Approval

If you cancel after approving a design concept, the 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers completed design work. The remaining balance is not charged.

3. After Delivery

No refund for completed and delivered website files. If deliverables do not match the agreed scope as defined in the proposal, we will revise them at no additional cost until they match.

4. Quality Guarantee

If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality of our work within 14 days of delivery, contact us. We will either revise the work until you are satisfied or offer a partial refund at our discretion. This has happened once in seven years.

5. Speed Optimization Guarantee

For speed optimization projects: if we do not improve your PageSpeed score by at least 20 points, you receive a full refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hola@oldhousedesign.com with your project reference number and reason for the refund request. We respond within 2 business days. Stripe refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
